25 ug of the indicated Human whole cell or tissue extracts was loaded onto a 12% SDS-PAGE gel. 3 ug/ml of the antibody was used in this experiment. The peptide is present in a 47 kDa isoform as well as the canonical 41 kDa protein. The protein may also be modified via glycosylation.

Sample Tissue: Human 293T Whole Cell, Antibody dilution: 1 ug/ml.

WB Suggested Anti-A4GALT Antibody Titration: 0.2-1 ug/ml, Positive Control: THP-1 cell lysate.
