  ELISA: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.WB: Approx. 40kDa band observed in lysates of cell line K562 (calculated MW of 43.4kDa according to NP_065700.1). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/ml. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 28kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide.
