• Purity: This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Guinea Pig IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by conjugation to fluorochrome and extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Donkey Serum, Guinea Pig IgG and Guinea Pig Serum. No reaction was observed against Bovine, Chicken, Goat, Hamster, Horse, Human, Mouse, Rabbit, Rat and Sheep Serum Proteins. This antibody will react with heavy chains of Guinea Pig IgG and with light chains of most Guinea Pig immunoglobulins.

ELISA results of purified Donkey Anti-Guinea Pig IgG Antibody Min X10 Serums tested against purified Guinea Pig IgG. Each well was coated in duplicate with 1.0 µg of Guinea Pig IgG (p/n orb2652762). The starting dilution of antibody was 5 µg/ml and the X-axis represents the Log10 of a 3-fold dilution. This titration is a 4-parameter curve fit where the IC50 is defined as the titer of the antibody. Assay performed using Blocking buffer, Gt-a-Dky IgG HRP conjugate (p/n orb347994), and TMB substrate (p/n orb348651).
