Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunocytochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western blot analysis of Anti-IPAF antibody (orb1538540, 2 µg/ml; 15 µg of lysate per lane). Lane 1: THP-1 Cell lysate. Antibody produced band at ~116 kDa.
