  This affinity-purified antibody has been tested in ELISA and western blotting assays. The antibody reacts specifically with acetylated lysine residues. Although not tested, this antibody is suitable for direct immunofluorescence, RIA, flow cytometry, and immunohistochemistry.

Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit IgG and anti-Peroxidase. Reactivity is specific for acetylated lysine.
